The first time home process was gruesome and much more overwhelming that we had anticipated; however, Kim provided us with ample opportunities to ask questions and even walk us though all the documentation when placing an offer, signing a counter offer, and all other paperwork when an offer is accepted. She made sure we knew had a clear understanding of each page that we had signed. Not only is Kim Zander an outstanding realtor, it was extremely helpful as she had preferred vendors/contactors that she has great working relationships to assist us during the repairs stage of our home buying. Kim still provides us with referrals that have always delivered. We always felt like we were taken cared of like her own and that is special to commiserate as she treats her clients like family!

Going into the home purchase, you spend a lot of time with your realtor. Kim is empathic, hardworking, and was a lot of fun to work with during this stressful process!!!
