I definitely recommend working with this agency for real estate and property management services and I absolutely LOVE working with Veronica Viruet as my property manager! She is excellent! Communication is clear, she's responsive, thorough and selective. Living in CA and having a rental in GA, I have no worries working with her. As a whole, I have really appreciated my interactions with the whole office. I had an opportunity to meet Kent last month and he was informative, communicated well about the current market and is clearly knowledgeable about investment real estate. Christa and the other staff I've been in contact with are great as well and I trust this group to keep me in the loop, keep my rental running and keep my tenants happy!

We highly recommend RE/MaX if you are looking to rent. Our family relocated from California to Georgia last year. Moving was already difficult as it was. However, the team at RE/MaX, specifically Jennifer, made it easier for my family to move into our beautiful and cozy rental home as soon as possible. Since living here, maintenance has been great, our neighbors are awesome and we have no issues.
The application process was smooth and quick. Jennifer provided excellent customer service. She went above and beyond to make sure we completed and submitted all the required documents needed in order to secure the house. In addition, Jennifer was very professional, knowledgeable, patience, communicates well and very reliable. We love working with Jennifer.
Overall, our experience with RE/MaX was outstandingly excellent!

I've been at this property for 9 years. I've never paid my rent late once. I'm a good renter, but if I could find somewhere else to go, I would run. Sometimes maintenance is great, sometimes it's awful. My dishwasher has been broken for 4 1/2 months, still nothing. It's the second dishwasher that's taken months to fix, with zero communication. When this dishwasher was installed, it wouldn't fit in the hole. This took a couple more months to resolve. When it was finally installed, the solution was to cut part of the countertop and tile floor out, super attractive. My front door is literally rotting, crickets. Now my kitchen sink is completely clogged, with standing, stinking water and I got an email saying they're waiting on the owners response, awesome...

I applied for a home on 9/14 with Veronica. Before I even attempted to apply I was assured no one else had applied being the property had just went online an hour before. I applied and was told my credit came back good, only needed to verify income and rental. I supplied them with my check stubs and tax returns, and landlord emails so they could finalize my application. I was told she was waiting on a reply from my landlord and that I needed to go verify my income online(giving them my login and password so they could check my accounts for income). Being that I bank with small credit unions they don’t participate with that process. I emailed, called and text Veronica first thing this morning 9/16 about the issue. I later received an email stated I was denied due to credit and rental history. I attempted to text Veronica only to realize I was blocked from texting her. I called and she acted as she didn’t know who I was. I asked what rental history denied me and she claimed it was my current landlord. She tells me that they said they don’t have a resident by that name. I find that extremely crazy being I just spoke with my landlord the day before. She then goes to say it was my crazy also. Being that I have worked in property management for years I know that I was not denied due to my credit. If that was the case I would of received a letter yesterday stating that and she would of never attempted to verify my income and rental history. Veronica didn’t even want to help me. She knows that the market is crazy right now and just denied my application and moved to the next. She is the worst type of person to have in customer service.

Update: Veronica never even sent my landlord the verification. She denied me for something she never sent.

I was approved then denied after I tried to transfer application to another property. The front desk lady Jennifer than brung up my credit was lower in reality I had to dispute things off my credit and she used an old credit report when I first applied against me after I told her that wasn’t my recent credit report all she had to see ohh my bad. I will be filing a report on better business bureau as well I felt like I was discriminated against.

If I could give this management company a 0 I would. It is by far the worse I have ever dealt with. The staff is unprofessional (Crystal). Upon moving into this home I had so many things wrong. To be honest this home was not ready to be rented. When you put a request in for repairs it takes weeks to get somebody out. I’m not sure who these bootleg people are that they send out. They can never complete a job. They start, say they’ll be back and never show. I reach out to Crystal and asked when is the guy coming to finish the work l, she say she will check. 10 days later she hasn’t reached out to let me know anything neither has the tech showed up. In her opinion nothing is an emergency. She Is never empathetic or apologetic with me. Her response I can’t control the techs schedule. You may not be but you can at least follow up with me and let me know. It’s horrible. I wish I had read the complaints before renting this place. They need their on maintenance team instead these people that have other jobs and is doing their maintenance when they get off their other job.

Veronica was very Professional, Knowledgeable, Always Puntual and Accessible at all times even After Hours. There were a few hiccups along the way, but she went Above and Beyond to meet all my Needs and Expectations. KENT MILLER TO THE RESCUE!! I was in a property situation that had gone wrong. However, I prayed about it and then began searching for a realtor. I came across Kent Miller RE/Max Advantage. Although I had never communicated with anyone from (nor about) this company before, I felt impressed to call. Mr. Miller answered, listened to the details, and stepped in like a true gentleman. (I felt as though we had known each other for years). He assisted me through a major part of the complication and I handled other parts. Once all of the tangles were undone, I told Mr. Miller that I was ready to sell the property. He walked me through the process, supplied repair technicians (where needed), made negotiations on my behalf, obtained immediate offers for my property, handled operations, Kept me in the loop, and was there for me to the end. His professionalism is impeccable and I am truly grateful for his service. With all of that said, I send a personal "Thank You" to Mr. Kent Miller and his team for their hard work. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KENT MILLER RE/MAX ADVANTAGE for all things real estate. They know all of the ins and outs of the business and will get the job done!!
