Tom and Kathy are fantastic realtors, and people. They sincerely care and use their vast real-estate knowledge to guide you through the whole process of buying or selling your home. We worked with them 10 years ago when we bought the house (an equally excellent experience) but this time we were sellers, and they helped us get the best price possible for our home. They thought of everything, walked through the house with us before we were ready to list and advised us on the things we could do to improve the sale, and the things we didn’t need to do. They also had a stager come in to help us present the house in the best light. After the open house they came over to present and discuss the offers and make recommendations. They didn’t tell us what to do, but they clearly explained the pros and cons of each offer so we could make an intelligent decision. They are fantastic and we can’t recommend them more strongly. They made the whole process easy and were always available with the answers when we had questions. Their advice was spot on and got us a truly phenomenal price for our house. We've worked with other realtors, and have seen the experiences our kids have had buying selling homes. We've seen good and bad, and can't imagine better realtors to work with than Kathy and Tom.

Kathy and Tom are two of the best real estate agents I've ever worked with. I've known them through family for over 35 years and watched as they assisted my family and friends transition from their old homes to new ones. They are both hard workers with a knack for getting to know the needs of their buyers and sellers. They are excellent when it comes to keeping clients informed about new properties available, finding time to get their clients in as soon as possible, marketing information on current properties, and keeping sellers informed about showings, current market trends and other data that may help their home sell quickly. Kathy and Tom helped my husband and I buy our first home and we had a wonderful experience with them. In spite of the Covid-19 pandemic, it was still a seller's market in the Royersford/Phoenixville area, and they helped us navigate the offer during quite unusual times. We were open with them at the beginning about our budget and Tom worked so hard for us we ended up maxing out on seller assists and ended up paying $3K under what we were hoping to pay in closing costs. The whole time we felt like we were in good hands and that Tom was working hard negotiating on our behalf. Also, everyone they referred us to was wonderful (the mortgage broker, etc.). Both Tom and Kathy were very responsive, kind, and great at explaining things to us as first-time home buyers. We got one heck of a deal and we are absolutely in love with our new home :).

Awful communication with my agent and complete dishonesty and lack of professionalism. Be wary when dealing with Tom and Kathy, whether as a buyer or seller. Everything you don't want in a real estate agent

Thomas McQuilken put us in a situation making our home is unsellable
He advisedTesting our septic system which we know would fail and then not replacing it and putting it on the market as such allowing the new owners to replace the septic system
He then advised us to lie to the bank financing the sale about the septic system having failed
I was advised by my real estate attorney that this was bank fraud
We had to decline two full price offers
Wait 4 months until the weather was warm enough to install a new septic system
The professionals which Thomas Wilkin referred me to were unscrupulous unprofessional and unethical in keeping with his unethical business practices
If I had not been so overwhelmed trying to install a septic system under duress in the winter months I would’ve taken the time to write a letter to the state realtor licensing board to have him investigate it
The owner of the Remax office Bob whose last name begins with an S is just as bad or not worse
I could go on for pages with the bad staging advice they gave us removing antique mansion size area rugs for staging
Tom and his wife are in my opinion two unscrupulous real estate morons
