I would recommend Hunter to anyone looking for a realtor, but especially someone who feels out of their depth or a first time home buyer. Hunter handles absolutely everything, and makes the process as easy as possible. I lost my husband to cancer last year, and never imagined I would be buying a house on my own. When I ended up in this situation, I have been so thankful for Hunter in this process. He made me feel safe and confident in my decisions. Hunter is also very experienced and knowledgeable. There were many times that he advised me that a house we were looking at had issues or would not be a good deal. He was not just trying to get me into any house, he clearly wanted to help me find the right house, no matter how long it took. That was a challenge on my budget, but we did it! Hunter is also very personable and a fun guy to go house shopping with. It felt like a close friend was helping me buy a house. I am recommending his services to anyone who needs a real estate agent. 10/10, would house shop with Hunter again!

The MOST honest and detailed agent in the business. Knowing Hunter as a colleague and a friend he's always puts others needs first. Hunter knows the market, listens to what his clients needs are and always delivers beyond your expectations. We first met with Hunter to discuss listing our home. His knowledge of the area and our home was exceptional. We reviewed what our goals were and why we wanted to sell our home and Hunter made some great points that we hadn’t even considered. He recommended we stay in our home and simply update portions of the existing house. He helped us with those updates by providing us with tried-and-true contractors. To our surprise, Hunter even scheduled the appointments for us, followed up with the contractors and came back to see the finished work once the jobs were completed. Even though we didn’t sell our home, Hunter did so much for us that when we do make our move, there’s only one Real Estate Agent for us, thank you, Hunter!

When we first reached out to Hunter about selling our home. He setup a time to meet us at our home. It was refreshing that the questions he asked where why did we want to move, and what area are we thinking about moving to. Not immediately trying to get the listing. Since that first meeting he has helped us buy and sell 2 homes. As well as selling my parents house and helping 2 other family members find homes also. Hunter is and will always be the only realtor we will use.
