Sheila was absolutely wonderful during a very emotional experience. I had never sold a home by myself before and Sheila held my hand the whole time. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Also, she was very good about returning phone calls and emails which I really appreciated. She works very hard and does a great job promoting her houses. We recently sold our home and a buildable lot was Shiela Sell Carver. It was a great experience! We relocated during the pandemic to another state and choosing the right agent was crucial. Absolutely the best realtor bar none! My wife and I had very specific things in mind that we wanted. Some things were searchable based on criteria, and some just required inherent knowledge of the industry and market. Sheila was able to not only rise above what most would be able to accommodate but also guide us through the entire process with ease and comfort. We switched areas, floor plan desires and necessities many times through the process and Sheila kept up with ALL OF IT in stride and smile. Sheila did a great job! She helped us find a house in the Buford area even when it seemed like we couldn't be pleased. She kept searching and showing us houses. When it came to closing she kept looking for ways to save us money.
