We had an incredible experience at your shop! Very impressed with Glenn. We purchased a heavy glass and iron coffee table and matching end tables. Glenn stay open late till after 6:30 P.M. and helped load everything into our vehicles. Much praise needs to be given to Glenn. We plan on shopping at your store much more because of our awesome experience. Glenn went way up and beyond!! By the way, the tables look incredible with our European motiff.

I love this store. Classy stuff for sure. I am handicapped, so when I got in the store I needed to sit down quickly.Not only did they help me to a chair but Glenn gave me a bottle of his own stash of water. I bought a piece of furniture and Glenn helped me with arrangements to get it home. This is a great store with wonderful people!!

Where is Glenn the most valuable personality on staff Please get him to come back to Fluff!! He is the heart of Fluff!! His costumer service skills are second to none. He always has a kind word, great music, and a very helpful way of making every person who comes in feel better. The money Glenn has made for the rescue will be missed in the future!!

I donate here to Glen at Fluff. Everyone is so nice. Glen is so accommodating. He is a great salesman who has loaded my car with all kind of goodies. I literally decorated my whole house. What a good cause that what I spend goes to this animal dog shelter. I can't say enough. I give Glen 1000 star's!!!!🐶🐕

I visit here every time I'm in time. Glenn is absolutely amazing. ALWAYS greets me w a warm smile. He makes it a point to get to know every customer, including the furry family. I honestly think he is the one who works there, lol. I've only seen him there until recently. Not complaining. Absolutely amazing place w an amazing cause. If you're looking for something, just ask, they will make it a point to go look and help you find anything. Absolute favorite place. Thank you Glenn for always making me feel like family.

I don't usually leave retail reviews but this place was SO great I had to share! If you love thrifting and also supporting a good cause, this is it. Most importantly the store is very abundant but well maintained and organized, both retail and animal area. The items I found were perfect and the prices were too. Probably spent hours looking around here. We can't wait to come back sometime!

So I arrived at Fluff thrift store about at 9:00 am not realizing that they didn’t open until 10 a.m. Glenn came to the door and said “what are you doing here so early?” Instead of turning me away and making me wait until 10 a.m, he graciously let me come in and shop early. He even offered me a water and one of his Atkins bars ! Who does that nowadays? Glenn does! He had great music playing and has the best personality that will keep customers coming back to shop! He even helped me carry my purchases out to my car so I didn’t have to make a second trip back in! If you are in the area it’s a great store to shop in and go see Glenn, he’s the best! Love this thrift store and all that it does for animals.

My mother and I discovered this thrift store a while ago and let me tell you, we love coming here almost every week now! The prices are fair and the workers are always helpful, especially Glenn! He's always friendly and helpful. To the point where we don't like to come in on Thursdays because he's not there. If you stop by the store, ask for Glenn and he'll help you find plenty of bargains!
