The pickup of the car at this station was absolutely hassle free and everyone was very friendly and helpful. The car was great value for the money paid, definitely a recommendation.

The agents who serve and the company's rental conditions are very flexible, the condition of the car has been very good in all cases, and the price is competitive in the market in the elite area of Tirana. I recommend Enterprise 100%, and I personally rent a car every week from this company for business reasons within Albania. I rented llast times Citroen C5-August 2024 in perfect conditions and Hynday Venue 2022 in perfect conditions too, very comfortable to travel.

If you're looking to rent a car and enjoy your trip in Albania or abroad without thinking about car problems, Enterprise is your company. I've been their client for a long time and I can say that all their cars are in very good conditions. The staff is professional and available. Highly recommend.

On my first night of a seven day road trip to snowboard in Macedonia, I suffered an excruciating kidney stone attack and had to turn around and drive back to Tirana. I let Enterprise Tirana know I was coming back five days early for a medical emergency and they instantly agreed to refund most of my money despite having prepaid. Once I got to Tirana and dropped off my luggage, they were waiting at the curb for me and immediately helped me into a taxi to the hospital. The original pickup experience was quick, easy, and professional, too. Most importantly, the price was great. This is where I'll always rent when I'm in Tirana.

I would never recommend it. It is not reliable. On August 2, they deducted a deposit of 290 Euros from my credit card for only 1 day. Although they said it would be refunded in 9 days, as of today, 21 days have passed and it has still not been refunded. The branch is very irrelevant, does not even respond to messages, and directly rejects calls. I send an e-mail and they do not respond either. It is said that the deposit has been released, but it has been 5 days and it has still not arrived in the account. There is no one to contact, they do not care and do not inspire confidence. It was the worst rental experience I have ever had. I will never trust them again. If my deposit is not refunded, I will complain.

We rented a car from this company with my friend. They took a deposit of 290 Euros from us and although they said it would be refunded within 9 days, they did not refund our money. They are scammers, our money was wasted. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There is zero institutionality .If they don't refund our money after a while, we will file a criminal complaint for fraud. arkadaşımla bu firmadan araç kiraladık bizden 290 Euro depozito aldılar ve 9 gün içinde iade olacak demelerine rağmen paramızı iade etmediler. Dolandırıcı bunlar paramız çöp oldu. kimseye burayı tavsiye etmem. kurumsallık sıfır.biraz daha geçsin paramızı iade etmezlerse dolandırıcılıktan suç duyurusunda bulunacağız.
