Well if you’ve ever played an EA game you know half your time is spent closing all the ad block screens of them asking you for money even after you’ve purchased a game. They’ve done a great job of monopolizing the sports game industry but goodness they are the greediest company I’ve ever experienced. Not to mention their developers do nothing but copy old coding from one game to the next and change player names and ratings. Brutal company that needs one good competitor to be put out of business

SUPPER SHADY!!! Don't buy from EA! I understand that it takes a while for help. But If you buy an app or something for an app make sure you take screenshots of proof of purchase, screenshots of what you're buying. Keep a record of everything from them. They want proof that you own your account which includes your email address. They pass you from person to person thru email. You can't even get a hold of them. They should provide the service you paid for or return your money because other than that it's just called stealing from a customer I think ?.

This is the absolute worst company in the world. I have been buying madden and ea games for possibly over 10 years. And have spent hundreds of dollars on the game. But I recently made a in app purchase and never received it. I tried to contact the help line but they repeatedly passed me from person to person. And told me that nothing could be done. Even after providing proof of my account and proof that I never had received the product (in 6 different pictures that they kept changing the criteria for). I am absolutely never purchasing anything again through this company. Worst ran company ever especially considering that all the games like madden for example are copy and paste. I am truly upset about how the situation was handled on there end. I will not be playing any of there games anymore and would recommend that if you are purchasing something keep in mind that if something goes wrong and u don’t revive your items they will not be of any help to you.

They used to be 4 or 5 stars upon initial review. But with the way the companies structured today, it’s probably a 0.5 stars or 1 star company. Does have the potential To become a 5 star company for a mere 29.99 a star , but will provide them an option to buy the last 4 stars for for 99.99 if purchased in the next 24 hours as the 80$ I charged them for the review in the first place just wasn’t enough.

Lol imagine spending 80$ on a game and then finding out nearly half the game wasn’t included, EA Sports has turned into one massive sham of a company. Someone else please start making sports games so we can leave EA Sports in a ditch somewhere
