I had my cataract and lasik done recently by Dr. Nasrullah and had a great experience. He is very pleasant and makes you feel at home and treats you very well. He is always very pleasant to talk to and has great knowledge and experience. I had dealt with Dr. Nasrullah nine years back for my wife's cataract and lasik and she has had no complaints whatsoever. The staff at Dulles Eye Associates are very helpful and knowledgeable. I will recommend Dr. Nasrullah any time, a great individual, very experience eye surgeon. Thank you much Dr.

I want to start by stating my willingness to pay for services rendered, but I must express my disappointment with the experience at Dulles Eye Associates. My husband, a professional boxer with over 10 years of experience, needed a simple paperwork signed by Dr. Ahmed for his upcoming match that was scheduled in October 2023. This requirement is routine for every fight. We made it abundantly clear during the initial scheduling that the purpose of the consult was to obtain Dr. Ahmed's signature on this paperwork, which was time-sensitive and crucial for my husband's participation in the match.

Despite communicating this urgency to the front desk, Dr. Ahmed declined to assist, citing professional ethics, despite our explanation of the nature and urgency of the paperwork. We were assured by the front desk that accommodating this request would not pose any issue, yet Dr. Ahmed refused to sign the document during the appointment. He did, however, mention that he would not charge for the consultation. However, we later received a bill in the mail for the office visit, contrary to what was promised.

Subsequent attempts to resolve this issue with the office staff, particularly Erum, were met with unprofessionalism and lack of sympathy. Despite multiple calls and emails, the response was inadequate, with no acknowledgment of the miscommunication or even an apology for the inconvenience they had caused.

This lack of accountability and consideration for patient care is deeply concerning. We ended up incurring charges with another ophthalmologist who provided the necessary service without any issues. The overall experience has been disappointing, and I cannot recommend this office due to their unprofessionalism and lack of patient care. If I could give Dulles Eye Associates 0 stars, I totally would.

Dr. Nasrullah is very kind, courteous, and professional throughout my LASIK surgery experience . The surgery itself went perfectly fine and was done in 15 mins inside the room and I now have 20/20 vision. I highly recommend Dr. Nasrullah and his staff at Dulles Eye Associates!
