If you are in Columbus Ohio this a great place to check out because the Art Museum if FREE on Sundays! It was raining but we still had a great time. They have a really beautiful art collection ?️
My wife and I really enjoyed this place!

The building of the museum itself is very beautiful and their collection of art is very extensive and high quality. If you are an art lover, you definitely don't want to miss this museum.

The lego exhibition is really fun and don't forget the scavenger hunt of the lego giant figures throughout the museum.

Sunday admission free. For the car parking fee, you can validate your ticket to be free when you spend any money in their Cafe or gift shop.

PSA/Warning: You’ll need at least four hours here. At LEAST. The place is amazing and there’s so much to see and it’s such a crazy good blend of eras and styles. Luckily I had the time to spend - also you’ll need to refuel and they have food and coffee and cookies too. Take a break, have a seat, caffeinate, go see more cool art.

I was in Columbus for a couple of concerts and decided to spend a nice quiet Saturday morning at the Columbus Museum of Art. I lucked out and the parking lot was free on Saturday morning! It cost $20 for entry for 1 adult, but I am always happy to support the arts and it was worth it! The museum was absolutely lovely with an excellent selection of works. They encourage picture taking, so I will include some of my favorites. The gift shop was very cool, as well, and I ended up spending enough that my parking would have been free if I had paid! ($50)

They give discounts for teachers and students which is a good initiative. There are so many great works of art in here but unfortunately I couldn't look into the European paintings section due to lack of time. The selection of items being sold at the museum are great as well.

Very much enjoyed our visit to the Columbus Museum of Art. Free admission on Sunday too. Some great art pieces throughout to enjoy from current to almost 700 years old. Very walkable and easy to enjoy an afternoon reading about the art on display.

Amazing museum. Great selection of modern and classic art. I loved wandering from room to room and feeling like I stepped into a new place by turning a corner. Great selection of Impressionism art (which is a favorite of mine) and a fun little gift shop.
