Great art store. Happen to google art stores near me and this popped up. I visited and was very pleased by the large variety of supplies. Since then I've gone back a few times and I'm never disappointed. They also have a great Copic section which is perfect for me.

NOT AT ALL TRANSPARENT ABOUT POLICIES. GEORGE Exemplifies the adjectives RUDE ARROGANT DISHONEST AND DISRESPECTFUL
DONT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF
I was starting a program in graphic design so I bought many markers, a few pencils several erasers some sharpeners and even bought a tool box to hold on my supplies. I became ill and was not able to continue my program. The only thing I did was separate the markers and put a rubber band around each group. No marker ever touched a piece of paper, no pencil sharpened nothing was used. I spent 3 figures in this store. Now one would think that if someone is purchasing something and a large amount the store would inform you of policies. I took the whole toolbox inside and said that I believed honesty is the best policy and I explained I had not been well and was unable to continue. Nothing in that tool box had been used. Brand new so I talked to GEORGE whom I said I’d like to return these things I’m not well enough to continue my class. It was then that GEORGE in an aggressive and rude tone told me the policy about markers and they won’t take them back. I said they are brand new, and maybe you should have told me that. It was then that GEORGE informed that “it’s up to the customer to ask about the policy.”IVE NEVER DONE BUSINESS ANYWHERE THAT THE BUSINESS PUTS THE RESPONSIBILITY ON THE CUSTOMER.
SO I said can’t you just refund means again GEORGE responded once again very rudely “well what are you but instead” this was after I told him I’d been in the hospital. So I took my box and walked out, however I decided to walk back in I placed my box on the counter and said “here” and I walked out and GEORGE continuously yelled “what do you want me to do with the markers” “I don’t want them” he even followed me out of the entrance of the store yelling “what do you want me to do with these”. I ignored him and got in my car. They have a reputation for a reason. I didn’t think someone would be so rude and aggressive about markers. I’ll just say this. BUYER BE WARE. THEY PUT THE RESPONSIBILITY ABOUT FINDING OUT IF THERE IS A POLICY ON THE CUSTOMER WHICH IS AN UNUSUAL WAY AT BEST TO DO BUSINESS.
GEORGE was rude, condescending, and just plain nasty. It’s sure a shame to drop 3 figures in an art store only to be met with such rude and disrespectful conduct
SHAME ON YOU GEORGE AND COLOREST
I will never even buy a PENCIL Again in that store which happens to be grossly overpriced and Grossly lacking honesty about the Policis
And as far as GEORGE is concerned. I don’t deal with those who are both dishonest and rude and cared only about “What are you gonna buy instead”

I had a bunch of questions and no direction with what I wanted when I came in but I was helped and guided to the proper products. I’m new to painting and just had an idea in me head and he helped it come back to life teaching me about the different paints brushes and canvases. I’m super happy with what I bought and nearly all of it was on sale but high quality. I made my first painting today and hope to make many more after this. I am also intrigued about the art classes they offer and will hopefully be back for some of those. 10/5 stars.

It's my first time here however the art supplies are very inclusive. The range of brands can go from the basic well known brands all the way to expensive artist grade brands that you cannot find in other arts and crafts chains. The co-owner George is very knowledgeable in the products when I was converse with him. Every customer that visits the store needs to sanitize their hands upon entering which shows they uphold the safety of everyone with utmost importance. George also ensure you get a great experience when you're there, making sure you get the products that you need for your art projects and will work with your budget limit as well.
