Cody was truly a joy to work with when searching for our new home. He was extremely patient and continued to check with us for nearly a year before we were able to start looking, as we were working on improving our credit and financial situation in order to qualify for our mortgage. Once we started looking, Cody was extremely helpful and responsive. He was always ready to meet us to view homes at short notice. His opinion was always appreciated when we were looking. This was a huge help!! Once we found our home, he was by our side throughout the entire process of placing an offer up to closing and continues to check in with us even 7 months after closing. I would definitely recommend Cody to my friends and family and would love the opportunity to work with him again in the future.

If my husband and I had ANY other person/agency, I doubt we would have been able to buy our home! Cody is absolutely amazing!! My husband and I were brand new to the home buying process and Cody helped simplify it for us to the max. We did not know the first thing to look for in purchasing a home. He was able to aid us with not only checking out the larger details that would potentially red flag a home, but also the minor ones that we should keep in thought for the next five years. He was always there when we needed him and knowing he had his own life, would still get back to us in such a reasonable timeframe. He truly made it fun and we are so grateful for the part he played in our lives. Cody is extremely professional but he has such a warm welcome to him that we couldn’t help but instantly have a solid trust in him. Was such a pleasure working with Cody. He listed our house and helped us buy another. Simply put, Cody is an excellent realtor. When we initially started our home search, I met with various realtors as we did one-off tours. What made Cody stand out was his willingness to stay after the tour and answer my barrage of questions. His knowledge about all things real estate, including the current state of the market and local trends, was evident from the beginning. After we formally asked him to be our realtor, we always felt valued as clients and like his top priority (even though I know he had other clients at the same time and a family). He met with us to tour at least a dozen properties, some well out of his way, and gave us his honest thoughts on them. He helped us avoid potential pitfalls, guided us toward locations and properties that he thought were a good match, modified our offers to better suit the current market, and never pressured us to do anything we were uncomfortable with. He walked us through the contract and verbiage in the contract so that we understood everything. His fun and caring character truly made our experience top notch. After moving in and trying to get into our new “norm” he still had our back! From text reminders to take out our trash to changing our address and everything in between that we may have missed during the transition from one place to another, he was on top of that!
