We reached out to Chris Nabors when we were thinking about building a new home on a lot we purchased. From the first time we reached out to him till the very end (about a year and 9 months total), the experience with Chris has been priceless. We ended up selling our lot and building elsewhere but we could not have done it without his assistance, recommendations, input and most importantly his patience with us. He attended numerous meetings throughout the new home build and endured many emails from us. When it came time to sell our house, Chris was extremely thorough in his research of comp houses to come up with a listing price. His meeting to discuss listing our house was much more thorough than expected. Going over offers, he provided a spreadsheet with an overview of each offer which made it so much easier for us to be able to compare and understand which was the best offer. It is not just the dollar amount being offered that makes an offer a good offer. Chris helped educate us on all the terms that go along with the dollar amount being offered. We are now closed on our old house and in our new home. Chris has checked in with us several times since which he didn’t have to do.
