They put in a lot of time working with me, showing houses and working behind the scenes to negotiate and make sure all the paperwork was in order. Chris was AMAZING to work with. We just sold a little house in Historic Uptown. We received offers within days, and Chris managed to have it sold within a month. He was incredibly good as far communication and keeping us in the loop goes.

There were some pretty bad issues with the house that we had no idea the extent of, but Chris took care of it all for us, all the while keeping us informed and putting a positive spin on things so that we wouldn’t freak out too much!! Our was a complicated sale to get to closing because of some pretty serious issues with the foundation that came up, but if Chris was really stressed out about it (if so, understandably!!), he didn’t show it and kept totally calm throughout the process and with all the problems that were found with our home he managed to somehow get to closing in about a month.

I was VERY impressed with him and would highly recommend him to others!
