Carol and Dawn Leigh were both extremely helpful in helping me buy my house last year. I was not the most diligent in looking at the available houses but Carol and Dawn would reach out to me when saw houses that they thought I wound be interested in. I eventually put a down payment on a house but due to a family issue I had to back out and Carol was understanding and was able to get my full deposit back. After my family issue was resolved and I started to look at houses again Carol got a listing for a house and she reached out to me because she thought I would be interested and I ended up buying that house.

There's a reason Carol has this many 5 star reviews. She really is the best.
We switched to Carol as our realtor after almost a year of searching in this crazy market with another realtor. Within 3 months we found our home. Carol is knowledgeable, responsive to all questions (no matter how small), and most importantly, well known within the real estate community- which was one of the reasons we got our home.
