In first meeting Carol she was very knowledgeable about our property that we were put on the market. She had her comps and we discussed a price to sale it at and also discovered that the square footage was incorrect on the house. The staging process that her team did was unbelievable and didn't even recognize the house. Her recommendation on a electrician and handyman saved us some money also. Anytime I had a question I either called or texted her and she was always ready to answer my questions and if I left a message she returned my call or message immediately. We used Carol & Colby to purchase our first home and highly recommend them! They were patient as we looked at 1000’s of houses all over the Tampa Bay Area. Never pushy. They answered all of our questions and made sure we understood everything every step of the way. Since we were first time homebuyers, they asked questions to lenders and title agents we didn’t know to ask. They are knowledgeable and work with a team of inspectors, lenders, etc that are extremely helpful and diligent.
