In April of 2017 I closed on a property listed by Samantha Maret of Remax Exclusive. From a buyer point of view I must say Ms. Maret was very disorganized during the process. My overall issues with her stem from lack of communication, disorganization, and an overall dismissive attitude toward the buyer. She was never on time for appointments and my final interaction with her was not delivering the house keys at closing. She offered no apologies and I eventually had to change the locks.

When I brought the issues to the owners of Remax exclusive, Thomas and Indra. Thomas was some what helpful, however Indra was not. Indra was quoted as saying "I work for the buyers not the sellers." While that statement is true, simple customer service goes a long way. Leadership starts from the top down, Ms. Merit behavior mirrors her boss. Indra consistently argued with me and provided a litany of excuses as to why her agent did not deliver on their end of the deal.

Bottom line, I do not recommend this agency.

We chose not to proceed forward with Indra Mouton as a client after months of designing/consulting with her because of her behavior to our sales rep, i.e. cursing, upset we don’t allow clients to buy their own pool materials for us to install, etc. We had to block her from our social media because she was harassing and berating our sales rep on our posts. Not every client is for us and not every builder is for you. We made the best business decision not to work with her and she started spreading lies online (google, facebook, instagram, yelp reviews), trying to convince people not to use us as a builder (didn’t work). That would be equivalent to us convincing people not to use her as a realtor. Be mindful using someone as unreasonable, unprofessional and hot headed. You might see this side of her too if you decide not to choose to work with her. -Ultra Custom Pools.
