For the past years we really enjoyed Monday night Musik. It was communicated on the Internet if a show was cancelled or somebody answered the phone.
This is not the case this year. So far three shows were cancelled for various reasons and no communication at all. Our time is valuable too. PLEASE COMMUNICATE

The seating area is small and intimate, so there is really not a bad seat in the house. I think that the temperature regulation and sound systems could use some improvement, though.

Had a great experience seeing my first show at The Beverly Center. Saw Little Shop of Horrors comedy / horror / musical and it was so funny and fun. Intimate and great theater. Balcony seats were still great. Production was superb and great quality performers and show. Came during Chicago Theatre Week and took advantage of a special promo for it. I would come back. Thank you Michelle the manager and Mary at box office for being so accommodating

Great Pinocchio show.
However it was uncomfortably cold. You need a jacket to watch the show comfortably.

I called after receiving information about various options and the front desk worker let me know I have to come in to take care of it. I also let her know I’d be in Friday, as I had previously disclosed in a prior email.

I arrived today at 3:30, after school. My children and I commuted from Indiana (52 minutes). There were signs on the door that the building was closed for a private event but that we could ring the bell in the back of the building.

I was allowed in the space by the company renting the space and she went to get an employee. The employee notified me that she was unable to handle it but that Matt could. She informed me that he would return in 30 minutes. My girls and I waited in the parking lot and re entered after 32 minutes.

The worker informed me that she thought that we had left; therefore Matt was no longer there. Further explaining he would be unable to process a “payment plan”. Just wanted to share my experience with your company.
