SCAM! They have nice stuff and act nice, but scammed me as well. He didn't pack everything that I paid for in my bag. I only noticed after I was gone. Of course, the receipt doesn't show any details, so they wouldn't have to give it back to me or give me a refund.

SCAMMERS!! They have prices on items and charge a TON more to put the crap on it!! And don’t fall for the $10 shirt with anything you want on it!! They charged $10 a letter 😡 $400 for 2 lame sweatshirts and 2 t-shirts!! They should be ashamed of themselves for ripping off people!!

They scammed my 14 year old daughter. She was looking to purchase souvenirs for her father and I. They lied to her about the prices, took her card from her hand when she had no clue of the total and disclosed the total after they charged the card ($173 for three items). Not only that, they told her she could not return to get a refund after they disclosed the amount. This business is a scam and needs to be shut down immediately. Avoid these scammers.
Plus, their phone number is disconnected. Of course it is! I'm sure they couldn't handle hearing from scammed customers.

I wish I read the reviews first. We just stopped to get a sweater and the guy told us to get one with the logo was $55. I got 3 LA hats (not custom) sticker price was $39.99 and 2 sweaters he told us were $55 should be $230 without tax roughly. Price was $330. I was absolutely shocked and asked for an explanation. This mf said oh yeah it’s a $50 custom fee added to each hoodie, then said oh he didn’t tell you that?! Knowing damn well he knew they purposefully don’t say that🙄…. Smh AVOID this place at all costs. SCAM ARTISTS

Definitely wish I had read the reviews before stopping in for what should have been cheap souvenirs. Continuing the theme of the other reviews, a couple of magnets and shirts wound up being $215. When asked to clarify the total, the cashier listed off the “prices” which still didn’t add up to the total he gave us. I was expecting a tourist trap, but this was an exceptional scam beyond the conventional, even for Venice Beach. Shop literally anywhere else.

Shop had some interesting trinkets but nothing that we saw that was unique when compared to other shops on the strip. All basically had the same things.

Daughter bought a necklace and it broke 5 min after purchase when she tried to put it on for the first time.

We were able to return it, but after a bit of an argument. They wanted to do an exchange only but did not have another that was the same. It had only been minutes and the guy claimed he did not recognize us. We did ultimately get our money back though. Warning to check your purchase before you wander too far.

The whole place is a scam - You get told that if you buy three shirts, you get one for free. After agreeing on the price of 70$ for three cheaply produced T-Shirts (which they show you with the print when talking about the price), they ended up telling us we had to pay 153$ because of tax and the expensive print. After a lot of arguing that we had agreed on the price already, they typed in 79$ which we paid. We then realised that they had only put two of the three promised shirts in the bag hoping that we wouldn’t notice. After complaining, they started arguing and even shouting very aggressively. Then another man joined who started shouting right away „Leave the store now!!“ then insulting us in Spanish. When we were already in total shock about these people, the first man threw the bag with our two shirts half across the store, still shouting. We are two very calm German citizens and totally in shock about their behaviour. Do not buy clothes there, even if you like the print. Every store sells them there and most of them already printed (usually for around 20$), so please let me give you this advise and buy them somewhere else. We handed our receipt to an officer at the Police Station which was right across who took a picture and told us that this very same store had been under observation for quite some time, so that something will happen soon. If this happens to you, please take the walk to the police station and inform an officer.
