I was in a Very stressful place in my Life. My Uncle took sick, while trying to care for him, my husband had a Stroke. Two weeks later my Uncle passed away. I live 4.5 hours away from my Uncles home. Unfortunately Angie has made the poor decision of referring her customers to a company called Tripple Star Services. For heating and air . DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY.
I used him, based on Angie telling me that his work was so great. Well I'm here to tell you my story. I had him install a water heater . It broke down 12 times over 1 1/2 years. Meaning he came out around 12 times approximately. I put up with it because I thought he had honor by coming back to keep restarting it. It took him around 30mins to a whole hour every time just to restart it. Should take 5 mins max. Then he told me it must be the incoming gas line , HA. Not. I have since installed a new unit myself with absolutely zero problems after he just gave up. Never offered to replace the unit because , he thought it was the incoming gas, WHICH IT WAS NOT. My new unit I put in , and this was my first time doing this , is perfect. So that must mean I'm better at it than he is.
But to just tell your customer , TO BAD, IM NOT GOING TO HAVE ANY HONOR IS A BUNCH OF B.S. and Angie is risking her good name by referring this guy for anything. I wouldn't let Triple star plunge my toilet, much less install anything ever again
I gave him way more than enough chances. So now I have to spend every day looking for him and angie on line to make everyone I can aware of this scam they are running.
If I dont ever see my $800.00 back , which I'm sure I never will that will be a cold day.
But I've decided I'm NEVER GOING TO LET THIS GO. Not until I get my money back. I try to be a good person but I get screwed every time and I'm tired of it. I will go on every web site I can find until the day I die until they do the right thing and fefund me ALL my money.
