I recently used this company because his information was on my system in the house I bought almost 3 years ago. I woke up yesterday to NO water- I called -Joe an owner came to my home and to my surprise was not only able to diagnose the problem He was able to replace a worn well pump and had me up and running with water in less than 3 hours. I honestly thought the company would arrive late and say that they would need to come back another time. He even came back the next day and replaced the pressure switch and calibrated and serviced my system. I am a retired union Carpenter and I can honestly say Joe is very knowledgeable professional and empathized with his client in that he made sure that I had running water. I liked that he used all brass fittings and was neat and thorough. My only complaint is that I think he does charge commercial charges for a residential homeowner I called a few companies explained the work that was done and after the math I believed I could have saved anywhere from 300.00 to 800.00 dollars. Again tough there is a saying you get what you pay for. Looking back I am very pleased with the work and professionalism however being on disability from 911 I would have liked not having to pay so much. I had to use a credit card and charge the fee. He did guarantee the pump for a year so Again I just wished it didn't cost as much as it did, but I was in a desperate situation as without water you can't even flush a toilet or have water to cook.

I worked with Joseph Fichner who was absolutely amazing , he came to my property within 24 hours to survey what was needed and fit me in to their schedule in the middle of a busy season for him and got the job done in 2 days . I had to replace my entire well system from the pump to the conditioning unit etc . He was very kind and professional and always responsive . I would absolutely work with him again. He was fair with prices and really cared about you as a person.
