I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional service I received from A & P Air Conditioning. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Ruth Prieto from the service department for her relentless efforts in identifying the root cause of the problem. Ruth's dedication and persistence were instrumental in resolving the issue.

I also want to express my deep appreciation for the service technician, Ariel Rodriguez. His meticulous attention to detail in diagnosing the problem was impressive. Ariel went above and beyond by returning to recheck the system after he had just left, ensuring that no stone was left unturned in identifying the issue.

Their combined efforts uncovered the underlying problem that had been plaguing the system, and thanks to their diligence, the unit is scheduled to be repaired later today once the parts arrive. I couldn't be happier with their level of service and professionalism. Thank you, Ruth and Ariel, for your outstanding work!

I have had the incompetent and I've had thieves but now I've found the greatest AC people in town. I have a very complicated system that was never properly set up. I went 8 months w/o AC trying to get it fixed. My contactor gave up. People came out and told me to dump this 18K system that still had 5 years of warranty remaining. A BIG company came out and told me they tested and I needed 7 motherboards for $4200. I called A & P and they sent Kenny out. He had a computer and ran a test. They came back with 1 motherboard and had my system cooling in 20 minutes. These are the nicest most knowledgeable AC people around. Kenny immediately knew that the system was incorrectly hooked up and switched the lines around. They saved me a ton of money and i am thankful to have found them.

My office AC broke during the weekend. So I called A&P to come take a look and they said the compressor and fan motor were bad. They gave me a fair price. As soon as I accepted the contract, they came out the early next morning and my system was up and running by noon. I loved getting a text message letting me know they were on their way and a phone number to call if I needed a repair status update. I am very happy with my repair and their overall customer service. Thank you A&P for such speedy service and getting my business up and running! You guys rock!

I will not recommend this company. The technician was very rude and disrespectful, I can tell he wasn’t in the mood for work. I called the company to make a complaint but same thing, they don’t care. I contacted another company with best customer service. Don’t waist your time and money with this company. They will charge you even though the work they performed was not good.

Terrible customer service. They implemented a $350 emergency fee just to inquire about the status of your claim. Despite patiently waiting for five days, I have yet to receive an estimated date for the repair of my air conditioning unit.

I recently had A&P come to repair my air handler. The blower motor was making a strange noise and not pushing air. They were easy to make an appointment with, showed up on time, and did the work professionally. I really like that they sent a text when the technician was on their way to confirm when they would arrive and provide a picture. Prices were fair and easy to understand. I plan to use them again.

A & P Air Conditioning installed the system in my home over 25 years ago. They did an excellent job, my home has been very comfortable ever since then. Any time the system has needed service, A & P has been prompt, efficient and very reasonable when coming to my home. I happily recommend A & P!
