Of course this will sound so cliche but Kyle and Norma seem like family now. Knowing them for the past 5 years while looking, buying and selling a house has been quite the rollercoaster. Four years ago Norma and Kyle got us a wonderful home and unfortunately, this year we were forced to sell. We didn't even think of working with anyone else. They care about YOU. I was trying to buy a condo at the same time we were selling the house, and I can't even count the number of places she talked me OUT of trying to get, because she didn't think they were right for me. That's how she works. You will always know exactly what's going on with your purchase or sale, how the market affects how much you should ask for or offer, and the little details that many realtors overlook to try to make a quick buck. Usually once your business is concluded you never hear from your realtor again, but I now consider Norma a friend. HIGHLY recommended.
