My wife and I were interested in a property that Nick (Feng) was listing. This would be my 4th home transaction and by far working with Nick was the worst and strangest. I would assume most agents would like the opportunity to gain both the seller and buyer commission of 4.5-6.0%.

First, in order just to see the home. I had to make a written offer for the house (sight unseen). We actually submitted a fair offer considering we did not see the home. Then Nick wanted me to send him all my banking statements. i found that strange and mention that i only disclose my personal information to my lender. So i submitted my offer (sight unseen) and my pre-approval letter from my lender which had me approved for $100k over their listing price.

At the end of the day, I won't want Nick as my buyer's agent considering the strange behavior/practices he has shown. i won't know what to expect if we were to go under contract. Like I mention, one of the worst and strangest situation working with an Agent.

WOW. Called Henry Loh several times to get more info about a 3 bedroom property in Eastvale and he never answers the phone. In fact, when I finally got him on the phone regarding the property-he was very reluctant to give me details pertaining the property. I felt like he tried his best to discourage me from applying for the property. I'm guessing because I was African American. At least that's the feeling I got from the conversation. Didn't even offer information on how to complete an application nor showing times. SMH!

I found a listing in Fallbrook and unfortunately Lee Sang Nam is the listing agent. I contacted him via remax web site and receive a confirmation that he has in fact received my inquiry. 1 week later and no reply. I feel bad for the seller and I see why the property has not sold in in over 18 months on the market. I would avoid Lee Sang Nam and this Remax office. -- As you can see by their reply, that they need serious therapy. The status was active that is why I inquired. And I can prove it with a screenshot and the MLS records will also prove that you never posted as in escrow. As a reminder it is against the MLS rules and not ethical to keep it posted as active. Again MLS will back this up. And why not reply that it is in escrow if it fact it is and correct the listing? I have to assume that you are running a scam with bait and switch. And quite frankly you should try and assimilate to doing business in this industry. Again buyer and seller beware. Just look at their reply, it says it all.
