5 star real estate agent in all areas of work. Arin Gharibian is not only professional, responsive, and knowledgeable, but he is personable and very pleasant to work with. I was looking to re-locate from San Francisco to LA and needed an agent. I met Arin through one of his listings. It’s hard to find a realtor these days that really cares about you and your wants. From my experience, most just want to close the deal and move on. Arin really put my family’s needs first as we were transitioning from our townhouse. He was very knowledgeable with the areas he showed us homes in. Arin is an AMAZING agent. He has exceedingly high level of customer service.. He goes above and beyond and I was extremely impressed with the way he conducted himself and his business. He's very attentive and quick to respond, unlike some agents. I worked with him as a buyer, and couldn't be happier with the many properties he found for me, and with each offer we sent. He walked me through all the questions I had, and has a really great calm, confident energy about him. (Not to mention how handsome he is!) I feel like I could trust him with my life! Me made me feel at ease of the complicated and long escrow process. My family owns some commercial properties, and we have already listed properties with him! He is the only Real Estate Agent I trust, we will continue to use him for all our deals. He really does it all, and has a great network of people that he's referred to us.
