Location n'estest pas le meilleur, mais propre et beau

I love how clean this hotel is. Bed was comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy and fast. Breakfast was great with variety of options for both adults and kids. And the price was reasonable. It was overall a great experience. Can’t recommend IHG hotels enough to family and friends.

I was able to do an early check in at no additional cost. The front desk employee was professional and very caring. I had breakfast and it was very good and plenty of variety to choose. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I will return to this property again in the future.

This hotel has super comfortable beds and great pillows. The staff was friendly and it’s very clean. Bad part is it backs up to the freeway and you can hear the traffic all day/night. Blackout curtains worked great and if we had the air conditioner or heater on that may have drowned out the sound. Breakfast was disappointing. The pancake maker was out of service, and what they call cheese omelets looked awful. Perhaps some variety from day to day would be nice. All around, this hotel was very nice and in a good location. I would stay here again in hopes breakfast will be better.

The staff was very personable. Room were clean and neat. I would stay again in the future. In fact I have booked two more future stays later this year. If you are looking for a place to stay that is away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet still close enough if you like the city hustle this is the place to stay.

This hotel is amazing. The staff working the desk were cordial as was the rest of the staff. The hotel was super clean and the whole family really enjoyed their stay. The breakfast was good and it had a nice pool and jacuzzi. We would definitely recommend this hotel and have already. Thank you!

The person at the desk during check-in couldn't have been nicer.........I asked for a quiet room, she assured me it was.......on the 3rd floor with no overhead traffic.......I got to the room (#316....avoid this room at all costs).......not only was it RIGHT NEXT to the elevator, when I was trying to go to sleep, it sounded like I was actually LAYING ON THE FREEWAY! Loud trucks and cars ALL NIGHT LONG! Every time I attempted to sleep, all I heard were trucks.....needless to say, I got literally NO sleep........one would think that a) the staff would know this is NOT a quiet room for someone that requested one and b) I am an IHG Reward Club member and I deserve a better room than I got.....I ONLY stay at IHG hotels when I travel and my dedication deserves more than I got......the staff IS definitely aware that the rooms facing the freeway ARE loud and difficult to sleep in and should warn the guests when they check in so they can make a decision or not if this room will be ok.......after driving 9 hrs, I at least deserve to rest and sleep......esp being an IHG Rewards member........I mean at least provide earplugs or SOMETHING....this was not acceptable at all

The staff is very friendly and professional. They offered me a cold water bottle upon my arrival. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel is modern and the rooms look like they were just remodeled. I will definitely stay here in the future.
