Jim is very knowledgeable of the Denver and front range real estate market. He has 41 years of experience as a realtor. He had my home under contract shortly after listing and closed in less than 30 days and for a very good price. Jim was there every step of the way and made sure the house was locked after another realtor had a showing. He even had a carpet purchased and installed because am physically unable to do it. We met Zach Shackles through living in the same neighborhood as him and could not have been luckier to do so. We had moved out of state prior to going on the market so he organized the photographers, house keepers, junk removal and handy men.
