Dr Chris is the most detailed and knowledgeable Dr in Summit County. Her knowledge in pediatric medicine, altitude illness and overall health is tops. The service at this office is excellent. They are all very kind and do their best to get you seen even on the busiest days. A few years ago she saved our daughter’s life with her detailed knowledge. After going to the hospital and being told that her condition was just from being sick Dr Chris saw us on short notice and was able to resource and diagnose that out daughter was suffering from Gillian barre… a very rare but life treating condition. Thanks to her knowledge we were rushed to children’s hospital in denver. Thank you for being the best Dr Chris

Dr. Chris has been my kids doctor for over 10 years. I love that when my kiddos are sick she’s always available day or night with help. When my kids had RSV she gave us oxygen right away and I believe it helped my asthmatic son clear the virus fast. She’s one of the most knowledgeable doctors about how high altitude affects our kids health. I just love her and her staff at the Ebert clinic.

Our daughter had an infected bug bite while we were visiting Colorado on vacation. The front office was very helpful and friendly, and worked us in to see Dr. Chris. The doctor was fabulous -- great rapport and knowledgeable. She also gave us several ways to contact her for followup. We did have reason to contact the doctor two days afterward, and she responded within a few hours. A great experience; we highly recommend her and the clinic.

My toddler had been sick with cold symptoms and fever for almost a week while we were on vacation in Breckenridge. We knew she needed to be seen, but with our normal pediatrician being in NC, we were stressed about making sure she got quality care by someone who specialized in children. We gave Ebert Family Clinic a call, and I cannot say how thankful I am that we did. They fit us in for an appointment that same day, diagnosed my daughter with a double infection, and prescribed the appropriate medication. Every person we spoke with at the practice was courteous and professional, and if we lived in the area, we'd definitely use this pediatrician.

35 min waiting room time even if you show up 15 min early with paperwork filled out. Dr. Santos is great, she listened and helped me with all my concerns.
