No passport walk-ins even though the online its says they do them. No signs anywhere in the office that say that. Waited in line for 30 min. It is complete chaos save yourself the and waiting times. There’s better places.

My documents keep getting lost, and the most recent one is my ID from the DMV. The only response I receive from USPS is, 'We do not have it.' I received a notification with a picture of the mailpiece from USPS Informed Delivery Digest over a month ago, but it never arrived. I have called and emailed multiple times to file complaints, yet the only follow-up I receive is a call stating, 'We do not have it,' as if that resolves the issue.

It feels like their approach is simply to call back and close the case without providing any real solution. How can organizations and government agencies trust such unreliable service? It would be far better if there were an option to pick up critical documents in person to avoid such issues entirely.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. Out of labels and the the girl working had a terrible attitude and an AirPod in her ear. Completely inept and rude. I have frequented multiple USPS and have never had such terrible customer service. It was so bad I left with my packages. I would rather a package arrive late than ever ship from that location.

This is the first negative review I have ever left on Google. PLEASE do not be like me and listen to the reviews of the lost packages that this location is responsible for. I mailed an expensive eBay order as this was the only location open after my work ended. A couple days later the buyer sends me these photos of how the package arrived. Which included the box and bubble wrap, and a useless miserable letter, but the shipment inside was nowhere to be found. I have confirmed the buyer is not trying to scam me and this is the result of the absolutely atrocious service of this organization. Never shipping via the USPS ever again. Not even to mention just how filthy the outside area was. Unbelievable.

I wish they didn’t claim they open at 9 am if they won’t open the doors until 9:10 and then have you wait on line until they all settle in and take their time to help. By the time 9:20 rolls around the line is out the door and only one person is helping the line. A bunch of people are just laughing and talking in the back which is super frustrating. It’s sad to see how little effort they put into organizing and making this efficient.

three months no mail arrives at 722 s.bixel str. post office workers behind glass, can't find letters and parcels, only one girl works well behind the blue door, but she doesn't come every day, how long should we tolerate this? we have separate postal lockers in the building for parcels, why should we waste time in lines?

Perfect example of the third world underbelly immigration and culture of unprofessionalism and lack of rigour and protocols (amongst other social and civic degradations) mixed with government facility non-care.

They essentially gave themselves an early close at 3 pm on the Saturday before Labour day (closing time being 3:30) and when I happened to get inside at 3:15 pm as one customer was exiting, refused to help me. Upon asking on what basis they were closing early, said their supervisor had said they could. I asked to speak to the person, some guy came out (who was actually from the carrier side, as he himself said) and in a blatant lie said both of the two people at the windows had emergencies at home. It would have been less disgusting if he had simply said we have taken an early day off and am not going to help you.
