Great Every Step of the Way ! We just had our first experience selling a house and Mary was just the best. Mary Braatz was the listing agent for the sale of our house in Downers Grove. Mary was the listing agent for the sale of our house in Downers Grove. We accepted an over list offer less than a week after the house was listed. In all there were 23 showings and 4 offers.
We appreciated the way that Mary presented our house in the listing. Pictures were well lit. They presented the house and especially the yard in an appealing way. She described the house, yard, and neighborhood location very positively yet honestly. Feedback indicated that we were priced appropriately.
