My visit is usually a great one. However today, upon check out the clerk was not very warming. As a teacher we have worked all week with children and parents and we would appreciate the people who greet us to be little more chipper. I get it, we all have bad days but in my experience a smile NEVER hurt anyone, being friendly and going the extra mile doesn't take away from anyone. She wasn't very friendly or warming. Maybe next time, Victoria. Hope she shows a smile today. Life to too short.

6/20 The staff was really helpful in navigating the store in post COVID19 status and signing me up for the new Teachers club card.
I recommend sustaining flat paper/cardboard decorations by using the lamination machine at this location it is a great way to maintain the products you buy here, year after year.
Great customer service as well.

My wife literally walk in and literally walk out. She has received no help from any of the employees while they were working, they helped everybody else in the store but her I feel like she wasn't treated fairly. I wanted to come in the store and demand for the manager for her being treated but she stopped me. We was ready our to find our son something for his first Christmas but luckily Oshkosh helped us and we thanked them for treating us equally. WE WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS STORE. If anyone has a problem on what I said about this store..feel free to leave comment. Thank you and Merry Christmas.

As an African American girl when I come in this location it doesn’t feel welcoming it feels to be a negative energy , overall the items are okay a little too pricey wouldn’t spend my money in a place that i don’t feel welcomed , LEARN HOW TO TREAT ALL PEOPLE IN THE SAME WAY … sorry not sorry!

The store is a teachers dream! There is always a sale or promotion happening to get some sort of discount through the email or text subscriptions. I have found lakeshore has the best variety of name tags, certificates, bulletin board letters, and general class materials (anchor chart paper, ten frames, table caddies) to fit my needs.
