I hate to add fuel to the fire here but this store is terrible. I haven’t ever seen it neat or tidy in any way. I was there yesterday and it was particularly bad. The customers all play an equal role here: there were 3 drink cups left behind on the shelves, I even saw a half eaten slice of pizza. It’s not that hard, as a customer, to throw your garbage away. Or maybe not rip things open that u haven’t paid for… Overall, it’s just really hard to find anything here, a lot of the customers are slobs, and I just don’t want to support the kind of corporation that won’t adequately support their staff. This place doesn’t have to be like this.

Rough experience at this location. The stock estimates online did not match what was actually in the store. The layout is really hard to navigate. The employees were really nice but gosh I feel bad for them - the lines at the cutting table and checkouts were extremely long and you could tell they were stressed about it. The checkouts also had no bags for merchandise.

I hope that management takes a look at things there because I feel for the staff.

Placed an order to drive up and pick up. Followed my email instructions. Sat in spot for 30 minutes. No one comes out. Sign says to call number if you’re waiting a long time. I call 10 times and no one answers EVER. Finally go inside and one person working 3 different positions don’t waste your time ordering and picking up. In fact don’t even waste your time going there. One employee!!! Pathetic!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!horrible return polices. Just a crappy company . Picked my ornaments up and 2 were broken because they were just thrown in the bag. Store was out of them but online had them. Would not replace. Also love the online phone and how they threaten you with their lawyer as soon as it answers before you talk to someone.

Was awful experience with this store, too bad I have to give one star. I needed 8 yards of fabric and on a bolt was two pieces of fabric, around 4 yards each. This lady at the cutting table cut off 1-2” off on a first pieces of fabric because was over 4 yards and second pieces she was pulling very hard to cut off 5” of fabric because she said is more then 4 yards. I used to love that store, but after this experience I’m mot coming back.

This store used to be so great. Now it’s just awful. It’s dirty. Completely unorganized. Boxes blocking aisles. Clearance yarn just thrown in big bins so it can get tangled and ruined. The bathrooms are downright scary if they are even working. You can basically tell no one gives a damn. It’s a shame.

I haven't been to this location in a while, but I walked in today, and couldn't believe the mess! What in the world happened? If I didn't know better, I would assume they are going out of business. Empty shelves, poster board and feather boas on the floor, the fabric is in disarray and they have removed the sewing machine section. I went in for ribbon, and it's just all over the place. I haven't been gone that long, have I? I went to Hobby Lobby instead. Just atrocious.

That store is in absolute disarray. It’s messy, the shelves are disorganized. There are boxes completely a covering areas to shop (picture frame accessories). No one is around if you need help.
