I was assisting my Sister on the purchase of a home that Camille originally showed her. I was doing this from the Jacksonville area which was a little difficult. Camille was on top of everything, including negotiations with the Seller regarding the home inspection and some agreed upon work to be done. She obtained an extension for the Final Inspection for my sister. I went down to Miami and Camille connected me with a licensed plumber, electrician and roofer and coordinated my meeting with them at the property to review the issues we had identified. Camille, on behalf of my sister, negotiated a $5,000.00 credit for work that needed to be performed at the property. As I write this we have not yet closed, but everything is in place and I am confident when the closing date arrives in a week it will go smoothly. I would highly recommend Camille as she stays on top of everything and goes the extra mile, including preparing an Addendum for the transaction on Super Bowl Sunday and distributing it and obtaining the extension we needed for the final inspections.
