Do not use this business for your purchases they are unethical and will do things under the rug and then refer you to different agents to try and cover up what they are doing for a win win situation. My father contacted this brokers services for completion of a sale that he had in accordance with his neighbor on an owner to owner sale with pricing defined. Kristen Ruiz who didn't even know this property existed until my dad blindly believed and provided both personal information and this address to her requesting an appointment in person to finalize a contract decided she would catfish my dad by telling him everything was well and she was submitting all paperwork necessary to complete the sell and then turned and betrayed her customer who has contacted her for her services at her office. Kristen Ruiz acted in bath faith came and put a sign on my neighbors property and then referred a so called friend/ partner to help my that because she decided she wanted to sell the property under her broker and completely set my dad to the the side for her economic needs. My that agreed he would pay her 2000 dollars for completion of this process and I guess her greed surpassed her ethics. We will also be reporting this business to the better business bureau and have seeked legal assistance so that no one else gets taken advantage like my father did. This behavior is disgusting and will also be reported to higher state complaints. I have already contacted the both Kristen and her broker by email and they claimed to not check emails regularly, and claimed they did not receive my email.

Be leary of using agent Ryan eager. Scam artist. License# 668519 which should be taken away. Ryan took me through hoops and loops and scammed me out of a measly $250 after promising me I had already been approved for a home. The $250 went to him from me paying for the title to the home which when I got denied $250 of my money wasn't refunded, though, Ryan promised I was approved. I knew from the beginning I was not going to be able to purchase the house Ryan was trying to persuade me to buy (a home I was renting that was flipped mid lease) everything between Ryan and landlord was planned and Ryan verbally told me about it as well as took me on as a client. Ryan comes off very nice and professional, until he isn't. I'm a first time home buyer and he was the worst at explaining anything to me and even got frustrated with my lack of knowledge or understanding. Not only all of this, but Ryan let me into homes, which at the time I didn't know was ILLEGAL. He didn't want to show me homes to rent because he was trying to keep me in the house that was selling, so he gave me codes to 4 homes to look at on my own, without him. I was so ignorant to home buying and renting that I didn't know that was illegal. Ryan scams, pretends to want to help, but if you don't have MAD money, he will string you along. I'm sure this location is great, it's this ONE bad apple agent that isn't. AVOID RYAN EAGER.
