Very professional and efficient. The staff was busy with many patrons, but we never felt like we were rushed or had to wait - they multi-tasked and managed several clients effectively. I was ultra pleased and impressed by their knowledge. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond by helping to repair other glasses that I hadn’t even purchased from LensCrafters. I will definitely return to the LensCrafters of Dulles Town Center Mall (moving soon to OneLoudoun).

Bernard at Dulles Town Center LensCrafters is exceptional! His customer service is top notch and a lost art in the retail industry. I recently visited LensCrafters for a new pair of glasses, and the entire experience was exceptional. Mackenzie, the retail associate, was incredibly helpful in guiding me to the perfect frames. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I found a style that suited me.

I also want to give a special shout-out to the lab team. They did a phenomenal job crafting my lenses with precision and care. Their professionalism and efficiency were impressive, and I was thrilled to have my glasses ready.

I recently had cataract surgery and only need readers now. I wanted to use the cute frames I already had. Trinity looked after me so well and her knowledge on how to achieve this was amazing. I chose transition lenses in pink to match the frames enabling me to read indoors and out. Perfect outcome. Thank You Trinity for your suggestions. Highly recommend talking to her .

I was very pleased with the service and salesperson named Bernard at the Lenscrafter facility at the Dulles Center Mall in Virginia. He was attentive , courteous and had the knowledge to answer all my questions . Bernard had my new lenses ready ( both clear and sunglass lenses ) in a matter of 2 hours. He made sure my insurance paid their part of the cost as well. If you go to the LensCrafters in this vicinity be sure to ask for Bernard !

Bernard was very helpful and personable. Their lab was able to get my glasses ready in about an hour (although this will vary based on prescription). Bernard was very willing and able to help whenever necessary and had a very positive attitude. Overall, a great visit! Note: this location will only be here until January 13, 2025. Their new location in Loudoun One will open on January 17, 2025.
