I can't say enough about my realtor, Jordan. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a home, to seek out Jordan. She's honest. Her clients best interest is essential, regardless of business partnerships or personal gains. She wanted me to make the best decision for me. Jordan stood by her word and I never felt alone. She didn't just sell me a house, she provided emotional and intellectual support when needed along the way. Jordan is "professional," attentive, and highly informative and resourceful. Our experience working with Tom Toole Sales Group and our realtor, Scott Baker, left us extremely disappointed. It was our opinion that the team, including Tom Toole, lacks professionalism, knowledge of the current market and adequate communication skills. I recall numerous conversations with Tom that I found him to be incredibly disrespectful and arrogant.

Although we did finalize a sale, we have been unsatisfied with the efforts put forth by this group and do not believe they had our best interests at heart throughout the process. When agreements were reached, it was often because we had to step in and explain our requests directly with the seller’s agent. I firmly believe we could have gotten a better deal and avoided many of the issues we faced with the seller had the team been more competent in negotiation tactics and communication skills. We often had to defend our requests against Tom and his group, and were gaslit to believe that we were unreasonable throughout the sales process. Tom’s excuse was often, “I can’t make a seller agree to something they don’t want to do” as I’ve seen him reference in previous negative reviews. It’s hard to accept this answer when we would take matters into our own hands, contact the sellers agent and negotiate on our own a favorable conclusion for both parties involved.
