Scott Darling is the Realtor who helped my husband and I buy our house 20 years ago, and he recently helped my mother with a property she inherited in FL. He connected us to a lawyer and a Re/Max agent in FL who helped us with legal and real estate issues to get that house sold. Scott kept in touch throughout the entire process and answered many questions along the way. He guided us in the right direction and made the whole process very simple and straightforward. He is extremely professional and really cares about his clients. I can't say enough about the work he did for us!

I highly recommend that nobody use the Exton, Re/Max. I don't know where to start. Every single agent I talked to was very unprofessional. I was trying to purchase a trailer. The listing agent wouldn't answer any of my calls or texts for over 3 days. His voicemail was full the very first time I called so I never did get to leave a message. I finally called directly to the remax to set up a tour because when you use the option on the website all it did was give you the listing Realtors information to contact him. I spoke with an agent who supposedly was setting a tour up for me for 1:30 the same day I called. No surprise thriller didn't show fortunately there was another agent there showing somebody else the property that I tagged along with and found out that they had the same issues trying to get the listing realtor to call them back. Ironically he text me back when I was looking at the place and said that he would be calling soon. Mind you this is 3 days later and a couple texts where I said can you please get back to me ASAP because I don't want the property to be sold before I have a chance to look at it. I told him he was a little late getting back to me and he need not to worry about it anymore because I had a realtor that was showing me the place and I was there currently his response was.. " good ,perfect"it's obvious that he doesn't even want this listing because it's an estate and a trailer so he's not going to make much commission off of it it's below him he only does big listings and apparently the rest of the people every Max are the same snobby way so unless you're listening to house that's over I wouldn't bother using them cuz they're just going to turn their nose up to you
