In 72 years I have never had anyone as great as the two people here. They open promptly on time and Michelle the Site Coordinator greets you with open arms. It may be 6am but she makes you feel happy to be there. Yes many people get nervous coming for testing but rest assured you have come to the right place. Michelle asks you easy questions because she has done her job to the max and she knows what you need. She is not there to play a game of forty questions. She wants you to relax and get ready for a part of your visit as easy as the first part. Now you meet Jen who is a phlebotomist just like Michelle. You need to listen to the kind and caring words of Jen as she relaxes you and eases you into your visit today. You feel like she is your daughter because she cares that much. I had an incident in my life when three nurses and phlebotomists and two doctors tried to draw blood and had no success. The key is for everyone to relax. Jen knows more about your veins and blood system than a doctor knows. She looked me over and never said that I would be hard. Instead she studied both arms and then picked the best one. Now is where an expert like Jen shows her talent. By rotating and angling my arm she found the perfect angle. I didn’t even know she stuck me. I felt nothing and she took lots of bottles. In 72 years as “a hard stick”’Jen just blew me away.

Do yourself a favor and give up all those other labs and come meet Michelle and Jen. You will never mind testing again. One last note… Jen told me she cared for 80 patients yesterday. Ladies and gentlemen I present to you… the caring, fantastic expert duo to give you what you need… and fast. Thank you.
BTW Google Maps was wrong on the address but it is right now when you look it up by LabCorp instead of typing the address in.

I don’t like to leave reviews but I’d give 0 stars if I could. Everytime I go there, since it’s closest to my house, they are conveniently fully booked and not taking walk ins so I have to drive 10 miles to the port Charlotte location. Last time this happened I was told they’re not allowed to do this and yet it keeps happening.

This place sucks, listen to the reviews. Blood droplets on lobby floor, keeps trying to charge me for the same service I got 3 years ago and won't let the girls proceed to finish my appointment in the computer system until I pay a THIRD time. Only reason it isn't 1 star is for friendly staff, but they weren't able to help me with my account charges not clearing even after I paid it...twice over. You, as the customer now have to call billing and deal with them to get a refund. But their system can charge you there of course. I wasn't there for a drug screen either, like the person at the desk initially loudly asked me from across the lobby, I was there for blood draws. Go literally right next door to Quest Lab. Check in is much quicker too.

Jennifer is an outstanding phlebotomist! She was quick, kind, and had an overall friendly demeanor. The staff up front were professional, respectful, and clear with questions and procedures. Thank you for making bloodwork easy!

I haven't had an issue the 2 times I've come to this location compared to the clark rd or ellenton locations. I went today and walked right in, was the only person there and the girl at the window was so sweet and nice. I really like this location. It's also clean. The clark, sarasota location is so gross.

I sat in front of the secretary window to make my appointment because the kiosk was down, and was met by a rude toothless secretary and the nurse on staff after waiting 30 minutes that told me they weren't taking me after they took 3 people in front of me and had an hour before they closed. Labcorp is supposed to take all drug screens

I went in for a drug screen. The waiting room was packed but both ladies working there were fast & courteous to all the people in the room. I went in at 10am without an appointment and waited about 30 mins. Michelle attended to me. She was pleasant, professional & thorough.

The woman at the front desk speaks very loudly and violates HIPPA. Very uncomfortable experience. I didn't need the entire waiting room knowing what labs I was there for. Have some respect for your clients privacy.
