With my husband being in the military, I have had over 25 moves in my life requiring houses being sold all over the country. Don, hands down, is the BEST agent I have EVER had. Before I even knew I was going to sell, he helped me for a friend looking for a house that never came through. He became my friend and when I had an emergency and called for his help with selling my house, he arrived the same day. I am 89 yrs of age and had to unexpectedly move from West Chicago to my daughter's house in St. Louis. During this time, Don handled EVERYTHING. My house was huge and Don orchestrated my estate sale, cleaning, repairs and selling. It took 2 months for him to get my huge estate in order to sell and in a down market he sold my home in 3 months.
