It’s hard to put into words how amazing Courtney and the ACME team. We purchased and sold our home with Courtney and the ACME team. For the purpose of this review we’ll talk all things selling. Courtney provided a seamless process from beginning to finish for us. To start Courtney makes herself available to you as if you are her only client. This meant so much to us as we arrived at the fact that we were selling our first home. Courtney clearly outlines a timeline, which we stuck to and she provided transparency about the the nuts and bolts and validated the emotional rollercoaster it can be at times when you are closing a chapter. Now onto Aisha, who is such a kind, professional and in tune with lifestyle and home decor. She showcased our home with such a keen eye for design and looked for ways to guide potential buyers through our home. Courtney and Dominique are AMAZING. Seriously. No need to look further. If you're looking for a realtor, YOU HAVE FOUND THEM. They will work hard for you and they will understand what you're looking for. They won't push you into anything. They won't lose interest in you because you take a while to find your home (I looked for about 8 months and they always treated me incredibly). And then once you find your home, they will KICKASS in getting you the best terms and the best people to close the deal. And THEN (and I know you're probably sold now but I've gotta say one more thing) Courtney will so generously continue to be a resource for all your homeowner needs (referrals, advice etc). BOOM!! They specialize in all east side neighborhoods but will search all over LA for you. I purchased a traditional style house in Burbank and couldn't be more delighted.

The Quality continues -- Update January 2025
When it came time to level up and purchase a larger home, I knew Courtney and her team at Acme were the ONLY choice in town. This was an exceptionally difficult time to purchase a home in Los Angeles but Courtney and Aisha guided us through the process with incredible support and patience (I mean, we looked all over LA). Whenever we had a question (and we had many), Courtney was THERE in a flash. Whenever we had doubts or needed to talk through just one more thing, Courtney was there. She advised us every step of the way, and we felt confident knowing she was on our side, by our side, every step of the way. And let me tell you, if you don't already know, Courtney Poulos names carries weight in this city. She's a fixture, imho. If anyone asks me for a recommendation when it comes to real estate, Acme is my first and only one. If you're looking to buy, looking to sell, looking to just maybe possibly explore the possibility of either, Acme is your team. This may feel like a hyperbolic review. It's not. It's honest. Courtney is excellent! I have been watching ACME shine for a while and as an architect and investor, was interested to work with Courtney on my renovation/resale projects. One of my best friends introduced us and the experience was great. Courtney is so professional and straight forward while also being witty and such a pleasure to work with!
