Jim Albrecht came up as a Dave Ramsey endorsed local provider. There were others that reached out during that process, but Jim was the one that stood out. I am glad we picked him over the others. He understood what we were looking for and did not pressure us. He took the time to educate us along the way and allowed my wife and I to make the decisions. If you are looking for a realtor there are lots of options out there. My wife and I will use Jim again and my wife and I recommend him to everyone we know.

I would highly recommend Jim to anybody looking to buy a house, especially a first time home buyer. Jim helped my wife and me with our first home 100% remotely from several states away. He was very knowledgeable about the market and was familiar with the VA Loan process and requirements. He was also willing to travel as far as 30 to 40 minutes away to look at houses for us. He also helped us dodge a not so great house extremely professionally. We are now two weeks in our new home and could not be happier with it. Thank you Jim!

We were introduced to Jim Albrecht by a family member who has known Jim for several years. We found Jim to be very professional in his approach to knowing the real estate market in our area. My wife and I have worked with Jim on several occasions. We first worked with Jim when we bought our first house in the winter of 2014, and recently when we sold that house and moved into our current house. Each time Jim has been fantastic to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Our house sold very quickly, and we attribute much of that to Jim's expertise of the market. We recently put our home up up for sale and chose Jim Albrecht ( real estate agent, Remax) who we found on Google. We didn’t know any agents and we carefully read multiple reviews before choosing him. We found Jim to be extremely professional and friendly. He knows the market and he knew exactly what to price our home for. Within a few days of speaking with him, he sent a professional photographer to photograph the inside and outside of the home. Several days later the house was listed and the home was sold within hours for more than we listed it for. His steady guidance helped us along the way. At this point he could have stepped back but he didn’t. He checked on us every few days to see if we needed help with anything and he guided us all the way through to the closing. My husband and I feel very blessed to have had Jim work with us and you will too.
Keep in mind that not every home will sell this quickly but Jim will work very hard to make sure you are satisfied.
