WOW ! Peter Otwaska was exceptional from start to finish. I could not have asked for a more caring and respectful relator. This guy goes above and beyond to make things happen. I was a first time home buyer who was at times very lost in the whole process. Peter made everything as smooth as possible for me. Even when times got tough in the process and I was unable to figure things out, Peter took time out of his day to make a call and get information for me. My husband and I have been working with Kristy Gitzlaff of Remax Elite in Kenosha WI to find our "perfect" home, and we are set to close in two weeks. We are first time home buyers, and right now it is the winter season in SE WI, so the options are more limited than in other times of the year.
