Lisa was completely unresponsive to my agent, Larry the owner wanted to take no responsibility for his agent and said my agent should just check the MLS because of Lisa's unresponsiveness. I submitted an offer, Lisa never got back to my agent, Larry, the owner, said that my agent should just be checking the MLS and that we never should have gotten a courtesy call about the offer not being accepted. I would definitely NOT use this agency unless you want to not be communicated with and receive no answers from them. They waited over 48 hours with no response. Larry had no answers and basically said my complaint about his agent was a waste of his time. Even in a hot market, common courtesy is to let other agents know what is happening. Lisa is not communicative or responsive and Larry wasn't any better. I had to find out through ZILLOW on my OWN that my offer wasn't accepted. Then after hanging up on me, he called me back to gaslight me and tell me that my version of the story wasn't correct, then also called me back to hang up on me again and tell me he was tired of wasting his time on me. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I’ve never written a review before today. I would just like to mention that I had a realtor from Remax advantage in Antioch come do a walk through of my home because my husband and I are planning on selling. She was super stiff, all business and greeted me at my door with questions about my shared driveway. As she walked through my home I could see her turning up her nose in just about every room. Everything that she said was negative except that we should be able to get what we wanted for our home price wise. She pointed out unnecessary things such as light switch covers that were not on because we’ve been painting for weeks. She pointed out a couple paint marks on the ceiling and was not impressed with any of our updates. Mind you, my husband and I have completely renovated our entire home since we purchased it and it’s worth close to 400k. It was obvious our home was not up to her standards. As she left she ended the visit with “you have a lot of work to do”. This was almost 3 weeks ago and we have yet heard from her nor has she followed up with me. This was the first and only realtor we had walk through our home and quite honestly I’m skiddish to have ANYONE do a walk through now. Makes me wonder if all realtors in this office are like minded. My husband and I are proud of our home and all the WORK we put into it. No realtor should make a home owner feel less than as they do a walk through. Seriously.
