I found Kim Schmidt through a listing on Zillow. While we didn't qualify for that home, Kim spent countless hours working with my partner and I for us to find the perfect home for our family.

She started out by helping us set up a renter's portfolio and giving us access to Remax's search portal. She then sent us listing after listing of properties that checked all of our boxes. Once we chose properties that interested us, she set up a number showings to help us find a home we could comfortably live in.

I know that real estate agents don't get large commissions on rental properties, but Kim never made us feel like we were wasting her time as other agents had. She was a pleasure to connect with & made me feel very at ease.

After signing our lease, Kim also helped me with any questions, providing resources like all town resources & vendor information for future home buying council (which, she never pushed, I asked for). She also made sure to keep open communication & let us know what steps we needed to take as we continued working to get everything set up.

Kim is a gem and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home-to rent or buy!

I tried to contact them for a rental property (house) located in Hoffman Estates for over a week with absolutely zero response from them.

I left Kim Schmdit on the Zillow ad multiple messages and also John answered the phone at the office and assured me that someone would call me back. I didn't hear a peep from anyone.

If I can't even rent a property through this agency due to a lack of response, how in the world would someone be able to trust to "buy" something from them later down the line. They are definitely not in the customer service business.

My husband an I had a terrible experience with the realtor Ken Guzzetta who worked for our Landlord Dale Mueller. Both individuals are incredibly unprofessional and the absolute worst individuals to work with. Ken harassed me personally on the phone. He was threatening with listing charges that had nothing to do with myself as a renter. Ken interrogated and harassed me on the phone for personal information. He spoke down to me as if I was an uneducated individual. Avoid at absolute all costs working with him, the landlord Dale Mueller, and this REMAX company location as long as this realtor represents them.

The realtor tad was a horrible realtor. He represented the sellers I bought my house from. At the closing he was having a personal conversation in his native tongue with the sellers attorney while my attorney was going over the contract. Very rude! Also, items that were in the house were now gone.... they were there at our final walk thru but now gone. When my realtor asked him about it he said he would ask the sellers.... never heard back from him. If sellers took the items he should've been consulting on the side of good ethic.... which he didn't. Don't use this realtor or this remax..... not good.
